The essence of the strategic advantage is quite simple - build down-stream infrastructure as a means to commercializing upstream opportunities and also leverage these downstream investments as a means to further developing the Upstream business. African infrastructure investments continue to provide abnormal returns, and while they present a viable stand alone commercial opportunity, we see infrastructure as a "complementor" to our core business.
