KAINJI has the unique opportunity to build our social responsibility initiatives within the communities in which we operate, from the ground up.  By listening to community members and leaders , we will work  in consultation and partnership to provide sustainable projects that  meet the needs of local communities.  The KAINJI approach is both hands on and consultative. It is centred on the belief that our hosts know best what their social priorities are and that for us to be truly successful our host communities must also prosper economically, socially, educationally and health-wise from our operations.
